"I used this as a drop off point to return an item to an online vendor. Afterwards, I lost my tracking number receipt. I called these guys a week later and they went through their records and provided me the tracking number I needed. This is above and beyond what they needed to do, considering I did not purchase anything from them. This type of service should be recognized. I will not hesitate to provide this place with my business if I ever do need to use a third party business for my shipping needs. Thanks for going above and beyond and helping me out!"
